One star is already too many here. This "nice" operator is spraying with friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms are totally outdated, the beds a disaster. There were two wooden slats in the slatted frame under my mattress. They should have a stabilizing effect. I wouldn't have seen them, but I heard something rattle as I sat on the bed. Then I picked up the mattresses to see what was going on underneath ... We would also have liked to have had the public broadcasters on TV ... Nothing. When asked whether we can fix this ourselves (using the PIN number), the answer was: "This is not possible now", he did not have the PIN code for it. To do this, he had to call his TV representative and now he no longer wanted to call. It was around 6.30 p.m. on Saturday evening. Apparently he doesn't know his way around his own hotel! ! He was simply too lazy! And that’s a NoGo! Theme breakfast: The breakfast rolls were absolutely stale and so-called "squeaky rolls". The landlord behind the counter couldn't be moved to say "good morning". On the contrary, when we were both sitting at breakfast and almost finished, he asked if he could turn off the light. Zero atmosphere and the entire facility is more than "old". If I'm not in the mood for guests, then I'll let it be! Conclusion: Better to be in the tent than here as a guest 😉😄

Never again !!!! We were in this "location" last week: no hygiene measures were observed (dirty table linen, dirty glasses, no disinfection options at the entrance, the host forced all guests to take off their masks when entering the premises, no data collection for tracking, no distance, there were all tables occupied). In addition, the landlord has a very special "political attitude": he gave, among other things, for the best that our Chancellor is a Polish Jew. Everything is unbelievable, we cannot believe that we have not left this room. Regarding the food I would also like to give up a recession: there was "suddenly" no menu that evening, but a "special offer" -> Schnitzel with fresh porcini mushrooms and fried potatoes. The porcini mushrooms were probably fresh, but unfortunately the rest from the freezer and finally a totally excessive bill for the frozen schnitzel with frozen potatoes, which were not even really warm. Only bad !!!! Please save yourself this experience. *** I have to give up the star so that I can save the recession, otherwise I wouldn’t give any ***

Very good down-to-earth and tasty cuisine

Breakfast ok, room ok, very nice host! However, our beds were uncomfortable, the pillows much too small, almost nonexistent. It wasn't a good night's sleep

This place is definitely past its prime. Dirty tablecloths in the restaurant, definitely renovation jam in the entire property, spack on the walls in the guest rooms. Original Thuringian cuisine is being praised, and the lowest-quality microwave kitchen is supplied. Even for the relatively low price, my recommendation is as follows: Hands off!

The food was delicious and the room was also very nice

We had an overnight stay and after a walk we decided to eat in the hotel and we were not disappointed. A clear map (actually a good sign!) But the best, very tasty home-made food and everything freshly prepared with love. The rooms are of a good standard and completely sufficient for an entertaining stay and for a fair price! the breakfast was also completely sufficient and we said goodbye with warmth. If it turns out, our choice will definitely choose this hotel again.

Clean rooms and breakfast good at reasonable prices!

The food was from the TK. The landlord served in sweatpants and preferred to watch football in the next room the whole time. Only got a menu on request. The empty "restaurant" should have made us think that it is not empty for nothing. Conclusion: bad service - bad food - expensive frozen schnitzel!

We wanted to have dinner there during our holiday. There were no guests when we entered the restaurant. That should have given us something to think about. There are no highchairs for infants, only a booster seat, which was not very trustworthy. Thank goodness our little boy stayed good. The host / owner was very taciturn (not to say lazy). He took our order and it took almost an hour, even though we were the only ones, to get our food. In the meantime, our daughter had mistakenly poured her drink, which we improvised with napkins. When the host brought the food, we explained what had happened. He just said (reproachfully in my ears): "yes, I've already seen it", but did not bring a new tablecloth, nor did he offer us another table (of which enough were free). So we stayed at the table with the wet tablecloth. My pork neck steak was spoiled, at least half of it. There were 2 slices of meat, the first of which was edible, the second but tasted of spicy meat. That's what I told the landlord when clearing, whereupon he went into the kitchen mocking and angry. Shortly thereafter he came back and said that could not be, because the steaks would all have been cut from a piece of meat and besides, they would always have all the ingredients fresh. He did not respond to my criticism in any way, I offered to try the meat, but ignored it and just as I talked to him I went on to the next table, where more guests had meanwhile gathered. Conclusion: The most horrible restaurant experience we have ever had !! Just under all cannon !!!

For one night it was ok. The hotel is in need of renovation, could be cleaner in some places. Breakfast was good, the staff was absolutely friendly.

We were very friendly welcomed by the host. The room was clean and appealing and dinner and breakfast were honest home cooked meals! We thank you very much for a very successful holiday start in your home.

Totally delicious food! Very nice hosts. Our child always wants to eat there - and that means something!

Unfortunately, just terrible and absolutely not recommended. We visit above average restaurants and travel very much. However, we have not experienced such a bad and unfriendly service. Staff overwhelmed and absolutely childish (complaining about the behavior of our two and a half year old son, who happily played with a small Siku fire truck on the table), when asked if there was a high chair we did not get an answer from a free table We were chased away because it was suddenly reserved, an alternative table was not offered to us, even though we were the only (!) Guests, on the Internet is that the restaurant is open from 17 clock, ten minutes after five was unlocked, until 5.30pm we were not respected, etc. The list could unfortunately even continue, so our advice: eat elsewhere, it can only get better!

Just terrible. In the next room is the TV. The host serves in a jogging pants. When asked if we could get something to eat (no menu) we got you an answer "We have so much food we even sell it". At the next question what would give it for a salad dressing, we got the answer "not one" salad was from the tin or from the glass. The order food was also quite fast there, there were only 4 guests in the restaurant. The food could be just as good bourgeois cuisine. The decor has its best time already behind. Not recommended.

For one night maybe I could live with it, but the highlight came with the breakfast. About 20 guests had to share two plates with ALDI sausage and cheese. So you had to react quickly, because refilling was felt every hour once. The rolls were felt a little 4 days old. To make breadcrumbs optimal. After we complained, other rolls were brought, but not four were better. For 65 € / double room including breakfast definitely much too expensive! I do not think that the operator the hotel permanently, with this attitude, will continue!

Only one condition in the restaurant. It all takes a while. But that didn't bother us. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The selection on the menu is manageable. But everything is freshly prepared and no ready-made food. The food was delicious and the prices good. Would come back and recommend it to others.
